Terms of service
- All custom orders are created in the order in which they are received.
- Production time will vary depending on the complexity of your order. Most custom pieces are shipped within 1-2 weeks of purchase. If you need your jewels by a particular date please let me know so we can work with your timeframe.
- All orders are shipped via First Class Mail (3-5 estimated shipping time for US) with delivery confirmation - USPS.
- You can upgrade your shipping method // add insurance or signature confirmation to your order at check out.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please add insurance or signature confirmation to your order for extra delivery security
- If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase please contact me!
- ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS AND CUSTOM JEWELRY ARE FINAL SALE.
- I gladly accept all other returns within 10 business days of your order's delivery date for store credit.
- Return shipping cost is the customers responsibility
- Once I have received your return in its original condition, I will issue your refund minus any shipping costs
